    Project scope: Build the capacity in the energy sector which will lead to the increased use of geothermal energy and increased participation of high efficient CHP facilities in electricity generation and heat production. The project was performed by EPTISA (Spain) in association with Mannvit (Iceland) and Energy Saving Group (Serbia).After initial screening, three sites were selected for development of CHP facilities with improved energy efficiency. Three pre-feasibility studies were produced.

    Project scope: Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS) has approached EBRD for financing of construction of two small hydro-power plants at “Selova” and “Rovni” dams. The Bank engaged WS Atkins (UK) as a lead Consultant to undertake environmental and social due diligence of the project in accordance with EBRD performance requirements;
    Our task: InSitu was involved as a local environmental and social consultant. Our tasks included local legislation expertise, baseline assessment, gap analysis, stakeholder engagement plan.

    The project scope: To assist the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning, the Central Finance and Contracts Department in the Ministry of Finance as well as the JKP Vodovod i kanalizacija Prilep in preparation of the design and tender documents for the sewerage network rehabilitation and extension and the construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant (95,000 PE) on a greenfield site for the city of Prilep.
    Our task: Review of the existing ESIA, preparation of the supplement documents in order to fulfill IFI’s environmental standards, provision of environmental requirements for tender dossiers.

    2010-2011: Environmental Action Plan for Celije reservoir;

    Project area: Reservoir Celije near the city of Krusevac (central Serbia)
    Project scope: Reservoir Celije is a water source of the regional water supply system „Rasina“ serving 250,000 people in the town of Krusevac and the municipalities of Aleksandrovac, Ćićevac, Varvarin, Trstenik, Paraćin and Ćuprija. As a part of improvement of the regional water supply system, funded by EU, the Enviromental Action Plan for the Celije lake was prepared. The Action plan provided the set of institutional and operational measures to prevent further degradation of the reservoir water quality. Project was prepared as a part of the MISP program (Municipal Infrastructure Support Programme) performed by consortium Eptisa Group, Royal Haskoning and VNG.

Project performed as a part of the MISP program (Municipal Infrastructure Support Programme) which assists municipalities in Serbia in the preparation of project documentation and implementation of municipal infrastructure projects.
